Technology & Training Fund Information

The American Council of the Blind of Virginia (ACBVA) established The Technology & Training Fund in memory of Vicki Ratcliffe, whose dedication to independence, accessibility, and empowering others continues to inspire this program.

Through the Technology & Training Fund, ACBVA helps blind and low-vision Virginians obtain the technology, training, and technical support needed to live, work, learn, and participate more independently.

The fund was created to help reduce financial barriers that often prevent individuals from accessing the tools and skills necessary to achieve their goals. Whether you need assistive technology, technology training, or specialized technical support, the fund may be able to help.
