We invite individuals, businesses, and organizations to partner with us for a weekend of education, advocacy, innovation, and connection within Virginia’s blind and low vision community.
Exhibitor Opportunities
Exhibitors have the opportunity to showcase products, services, and resources directly to convention attendees throughout designated exhibit hours. Exhibitors may set up Friday November 6 from 3-5pm and attend our Welcome Social Hour or set up on Saturday from 8-10am.
Full Exhibit Table – $100
• One 6-foot table
• Two chairs
• Recognition in the Convention Program
• Direct engagement with attendees
Half Exhibit Table – $50
• Shared 6-foot table space
• One chair
• Recognition in the Convention Program
• Direct engagement with attendees
Exhibit space is limited and confirmed upon receipt of exhibitor registration form and payment.
Exhibit fees secure table space only.
Exhibitor registration does not include general convention registration. Individuals staffing exhibit tables must register separately to attend the convention.
Friend & Community Support
Friend of ACBVA – Minimum of $50
• Name listed in the Convention Program
Community / Business Partner – $75
• Organization name listed in the Convention Program
• Opportunity to include printed materials or small branded items in attendee bags
These levels provide meaningful support and recognition without tiered sponsorship benefits.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship levels provide enhanced visibility and leadership recognition throughout the convention.
Bronze Sponsor – $250
• Name and/or logo listed in the Convention Program
• Opportunity to include printed materials in attendee bags
