On behalf of the American Council of the Blind of Virginia (ACBVA), we would like to invite you to be part of our 2025 Annual State Convention, taking place October 17–19, 2025 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This exciting 3-day event brings together blind and low vision individuals, family members, advocates, service providers, and allies from across Virginia—and we need your help to make it a success.
Whether you choose to exhibit, sponsor a portion of the event, or contribute in another way, your support will have a direct impact on our ability to provide resources, education, and connection for those living with vision loss.
❤️ Patrons – Minimum $10 Contribution
For individuals or businesses who may not attend but want to support the work we do.
Recognition: Name or business listed in the Convention Program.
🎁 Goody Bags Contributors – $25
Can’t attend but still want your business represented? Send us a small branded item (flyer, magnet, pen, coupon, etc.) to include in our attendee goody bags.
Recognition: Name or business listed in the Convention Program.
🛍️ Exhibitors – Saturday, October 18 (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Showcase your products or services directly to our attendees.
• Full Table – $80
Includes one 6’ table, electrical outlet, and dedicated space
• Shared Table – $40
Share a 6’ table and electrical outlet with another exhibitor
All Exhibitors Receive:
• Recognition in the Convention Program
• A brief opportunity to speak during Saturday’s lunch

🟫 Bronze Sponsor – $250
Provides funding for one ACBVA member to attend the convention.
⬜ Silver Sponsor – $500
Supports hybrid technology so those who cannot attend in person can still participate.
🟨 Gold Sponsor – $1,000
Covers Saturday’s lunch, where attendees will hear from our vendors and sponsors.
💠 Diamond Sponsor – $1,500
Funds the Saturday evening banquet and our keynote motivational speaker—one of the highlights of the convention.
