Dinner at Panera Bread July 18
July 18, 4:00-8:00 pm: Let’s get together with our ACBVA friends and share some delicious food at Panera. We will receive 30 percent of net sales at the Panera at 5857 Leesburg Pike in Falls Church. You will need to show the attached flyer as you check out; you can show it on your phone or print it out. for more info send email to RoseAnn. Step Forward with the American Council of the Blind of Virginia!
Join us on Saturday, July 19, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Chesterfield Towne Center in Richmond (11500 Midlothian Turnpike) as Debra Hill and members of the American Council of the Blind of Virginia (ACBVA) demonstrate everyday tools, techniques, and talents used by people who are blind or low vision to live and work independently. This is more than just a demonstration—it’s an invitation to step forward with us in support of a more inclusive and empowered future.
We are currently accepting donations to help fund:
- Educational programs and resource referrals
- Assistance for members to attend national and state conventions
- National and local advocacy efforts for the blind and low vision community
